1. Shipping Coverage and Availability

  • We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Australia.
  • If you are in a remote area, please contact our customer service team to confirm delivery availability to your location.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically ship within 8 to 10 business days depending on your location.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. We strive to keep you informed of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping to major cities in Australia.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
  • For any questions or assistance with tracking, please reach out to our customer service team.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Our mobility scooters and motorized wheelchairs are exempt from Goods and Services Tax (GST) under the GST Act Schedule 3 and subsection 38-45(1). No GST will be charged on these items.
  • Other import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply remain the responsibility of the customer and will vary depending on local regulations.
  • Mobot is not liable for any delays in customs clearance or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

6. Delivery Acceptance

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery, especially for larger items such as mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs. If no one is available, the courier may leave a contact card for rescheduling.
  • We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery to ensure there is no damage during transit. If you notice any issues, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  • In cases where a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
